This is the perfect opportunity to “PIG-OUT”!  Mark your calendars for Saturday September 20^th,2014!  The first 100 lucky guests will enjoy a PIG ROAST expertly prepared by our own Vintage parent, Brent Hebb.  The pig will be roasted to perfection and served at the glorious hand crafted 60 person table nestled in the gardens of Oenotri at Copia.

Celebrate the grand finale of summer, with the time honored tradition of a “backyard” gathering, only your “backyard” is the scenic Napa River.  You will bask in the last rays of summer, with a glass in hand and lively conversation on the lips, this is the perfect setting to toast the care-free days of summer gone-by.  Mouth-watering cocktails and delectables provided by The Thomas will complement the pig on the spit!  C’Casa will prepare fresh and seasonal salads with delicious salsas designed to whet your appetite for a lavish pig roast! And the piece de la resistance, the grand hog, will be provided by Mr. Hebb’s very own ‘Boar and the Hare’!  Of course, the perfect wine and beer will add authentic flavor to this last blast of summer!
