Can I bring my own wine? Yes, there is a $10.00 corkage per bottle, no other outside beverages are permitted. We will have a full no host bar inside the event and house wine is included with dinner.
Can I save seats? Unfortunately no, saving seats is not allowed. This is always a sold out event and tables are assigned as you check in. Saving seats will take away another guests seat. If you'd like to sit with your friends please arrive together or purchase a table.
If I'm at a reserved table do I still need to arrive with party in order to sit together? No, as long as you and your friends are all reserved at the same table you do not need to arrive together.
I cant go, can I give my tickets to a friend? yes, as long as you contact us at vhscrabfeedtickets@gmail ahead of time, and provide the new guest name as well as the name of the guest they are replacing, we can accommodate you.
Are tickets refundable? No, tickets are non-refundable- no exceptions. But know that your donation is going to support the kids and is greatly appreciated.
Can I pre-register my credit card in order to save time at checkout for the Auction? Yes, once you scan your credit card you will be assigned a bidder number and you can use that number to purchase auction items, raffle tickets, drink tickets and bid on the Live auction packages. A detailed receipt of all your charges will be provided upon checkout.
Will you be selling bags of crab after dinner as you have in the past? Yes, if there is any left over crab we will be selling it near the kitchen after dinner for $10.00 a bag. Perhaps Tri Tip too!
